SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. GENERAL INSUTRCTIONS:
   1. Qualifications and Exclusions must be clearly stated.
   2. All subcontractors responsible for inspecting job site and verify existing conditions. Any discrepancies must be noted with bid qualifications.
   3. Make Lockrul aware of any long lead items.
2. BASE BID TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
   1. Per plans, specs and code requirements (sub responsible for complete set of documents.)
   2. Clean-up and removal of all debris offsite on a daily basis (provide own dumpster as needed). C&D recycling receipts required for all projects.
   3. Scaffold as required by your sub trade.
   4. Task lighting as pertaining to your sub trade.
   5. Code compliant caulking/fire caulking for penetrations made by your trade.
3. ALTERNATES:
   1. List separately from base bid as shown on plans/specifications.
   2. Price to be either a DEDUCT or ADD to base bid, including all mark-up.
   3. Clearly list any alternate specifications.
